You need not purchase anything or click on anything neither have to transfer prescription or make any searches. They are doing this to promote the site which is actually an online shopping site which sends you alerts of deals and sales of products that you would specify. Soumya, you can ask your sis/bro etc. in India to join for you too, apart from friends. Most people in US u send your link to will join as it is a shopping site with great deals and promotional offers are very common in the U.S.
