Wheat Flour: What brands do you get in US/CA

What atta do you use? I live in Canada. I would like to know what is the name of atta u guys use?

I use Sujata Chakki fresh atta.I find this very good.

I use Golden Temple, Swad brands wheat flour generally.
Golden temple is good..but people r saying Golden temple atta is maida mixed
but on that pack it says ..pure wheat flour.
Swad is also very good.

I used golden temple,dhanaraj, pels burry,laxmi brand and sujatha. I couldn't even remeber some brand names which I used from the past 5 years. But I truely recommend "Sujatha". It is whole wheat floor and doesn't mix with any maida. You can see this when u are making roti because the roti will be very much brown color not a whitish brown.

i buy the swad brand

I buy Sujatha atta since it is whole wheat and has no trace of maida. The rotis come out perfect.

Previously I used Annapoorna brand.
As I am not getting this, I switched to Sujata Brand. It is very good, the rotis are soft.

I use whole wheat Shakti Atta & Britannia atta.

Do you get sujata atta in vancouver, canada?

I use Lakshmi brand atta. It is good, no mix of maida and brown in color(whole wheat color). Previously I was using Golden temple, but the roti`s color is not as brown as Lakshmi brand.
