I am using Nature's Best atta.But Rotis become very hard after some time.The Shopkeeper told me this atta is very coarse.Earlier I was using Sujata from 1 year.I was very happy with sujata.Since Sujata atta is out of stock suggest me some good atta.

i usually but wheat flour from indian store,but recently i came across king arthur brand in a grocery store here.I really like the chappathis made of that.

I use Sujatha Atta and is made of wheat flour and rotis are same as we prepare in India. And are healthy too. I would personally recommend "Sujatha".
All of us love Sujatha atta...but seems like you need to go through this thread..where we have discussed about the non availability of this Sujatha atta in US.
Please go through that thread...we all agree that it is the best atta..but we don't get it in many areas of US !
Surprised that you are still getting it in your city...!

I was not aware of non availability of Sujata Atta.I live in Gaithersburg MD and these days we are getting 20 lbs Sujata atta too unlike the 10 lbs what we used to get previously. I can understand the difficulty of non availability of the attas in some areas.
