Most of my relatives are diabetic, so i think this will be very useful.Could u pls elaborate step 1, i dont understand in the site which one to select.

And they ask for the insurance company name and in another step they ask for ur first and last name as appears on the insurance plan card, also shd i give my real phone number,is that ok. Will they claim the amount from the insurance.

Pls furnish me all these details.

Did you choose your actual Insurance company name? Did you provide your original mailing address and contact number?

In spite of that didn't they charge your insurance company?

It is hard to beleive that it will really be free.

Anyone who has received it free, share more info. so that we all know how to go about getting it.

Ofcourse u have to give ur original mailing add, cos u need it to be delivered at home right, but contact no and insurance company details need not be real.
