hi amy,

extra bucks is if u buy any product worth 5 $ if u have regitered yourself with cvs pharmacy they will issue a card for u and the 5 $ will be loaded in the card so that u can purchase anything in cvs for that value. it is almost like getting that product free for which u r paying.

hope u got it. the registration doesn't cost u anything.
