does sauna belt work?

hi everyone,
i want to buy a sauna belt which is being shown in the TV through teleshopping.
but first i wanted to know whether the result is good as shown and claimed.has any used or is using it,please give me the info,and which brand is best?

i am tina sarolia we both have the same problem even earlier i had query in my mind does sauna belt work so i had asked this question to yoga teacher he told all these things dosent work so have to work hard u have to do a lot of exercises and eating habit should be proper so he adviced me not to buy all these things r faltu only whenever they r showing there products there r showing only thin ppl working out not fat ppl so decide in your mind whether to buy or not bye take care

My friend has used a suana belt and has reduced a good amount of fats around her waist. She does go for brisk walks too.

But, I cannot say, that Sauna Belt does not work.............

I was of that opinion before, not any more after seeing the results.

No, it does not! I have tried 3 different types of belts and it was all a waste of time, money and effort. I don't know exactly what you wish to achieve with a sauna belt but I recommend Yoga and brisk walking instead. Both these work wonders on you and you feel fit and healthy too.
