This is a wax recipe : 4 tbsp sugar 2 tbsp lemon juice Mix the sugar and lemon juice in a pot then put the heat on low. Stir the mixture constantly. As it starts to change color and become golden remove it from the heat and keep stirring until it thickens to a consistancy and color of honey. If it becomes too thick it will be similar to caramel and in that case you would have to dilute it with some more drops of lemon juice. Let the wax cool slightly. You will need some strips of thick cotton cloth. Apply the wax onto the area you are waxing in the direction that the hair grows. Put the strip on and press down on it. And just wax as u would normally with the store bought wax strips. |
