Also at places like Bed Bath and Beyond, you get something called pumice sponge stone - it is around 1.79$ and very effective more for removing dead skin.

| | Re: Pumice Stone for Hair Removal Hi,
When using a pumice stone remember to scrub your skin with gentle motions, after applying soap and water. Scrubbing your skin too hard will cause bruising. :bull****
If feet are very dry, cracked and rough. Immerse your foot or other affected areas in soapy, warm water for about 5 minutes till the skin becomes soft. Rinse the pumice stone. Stroke the pumice stone on the wet callus or corn by applying medium pressure for about 5 minutes or less depending upon the extent of hardness on your skin. Through this way, you will be able to remove the dead skin. | | |
