TV Serials running out of stories

New TV serial starts on some channel. You watch with great interest. It looks good. After few weeks of investing your time, you find the director repeating the story in flashbacks and re-caps!!! What's up??? Are directors running out of stories? Recently Star One started serials like India Calling and Yeh Dil chahe more. I followed every episode and thought they were good serials but after just 4-5 weeks, they started showing all the previous episodes in flashbacks and re-caps and the main theme was lost. India calling started on the Call centers story turned out to be a love story of Chandni and Aadi....the call center has all gone out of the screen and director's mind. It seems our Indian directors just know how to start a serial, they dont know how to end Same fate was met with Jassi jaisi koi nahi and Yeh Dil chahe more is also on the same path.

I love this serial on Star One Kya hoga Nimmo ka and I hope that does not meet the same end of repeating the story or showing recaps of the serial episodes.
