Yeah, i agree with u...Arabhi is enormously confident and is showing a good professionalism in singing too

And yes, i do watch Vodafone Thakadhimi !! Dance being a passion for me...i like to watch it! During the initial days of Thakadhimi, i dint watch it...but now the quality of the programme has improved a lot and the dance varieties are amazing! So now trying to watch it wihout fail!!

Note: Achu keeps telling he saw a doggie at ur home )

Happy to read all posts.Thanks for the reply Latha. yes i cud also see yesterday's ISS. and it was a wonderful episode. All participants sang so well... there was one girl who sang "gundu manga".. really nice and she danced also well. melody singing was also very good.Imran Khan is getting very humorous comments. Venugopal was calling him "Imrana" refering to his size...
yesterday it was sreenivasan as the celebrity judge. his comments were funny...

Plzgive update on today's ISS since i cudn't watch it due to bad signal problems...:(

Yesterday, there were three performances... Rahul, Sruthi and Ragesh.. The first two in Melody and Ragesh in performance round..

All sang well... Rahul - 75 and Sruthi - 78

All the contestants this time are singing and performing well from the first. We are yet to identify with them. That's why. Anyway, we'll see who fares better. They have come well prepared this time.

So far the contestants are quite good. But a few lack "classical touch" which may be a disadvantage at some stage.
Gayathri is a typical example with her very melodious voice.
It took some time for me to come out of "Ranjani abhimanam" - but now I am used to Devi & Ramya.
Najeem & Ranjani come in advts & it is asthough our friends or relatives are coming!!

Your friend Ranjini is coming back into ISS 2008. I saw an ad which she herself was saying that she was coming back. I don't know what she is going to do there? will she be replacing either Devi or Ramya?

Thanks a lot for updation. Here we are not able to see asianet nowadays, which is frustrating . So i'll be dependant on all ur updates and comments for the time being.

Saw chitvish's happiness on ranjini's return. When was that announced? But now i got used to remya n devi. But Ranjini had an outstanding stage presence for sure.
