In today topic of "Pacipillala pai penubharam" we speake about the few children who's childhood is boon. But for few it is like heaven of responsibilies. Few children childhood is full of sorrow especially with girl child.
It is difficult to describe the girls of middle class families who are lacking mother's love and affections. And other members of family especially those who work with rich people houses, Eventhough they perform tasks above their age, still they have to listen to the scolding of land ladies. In such situation the care to be taken on children is explained by paediatrician Dr. Narasimha rao and he give advice too.
