Default Child Labours in Cinema industry

Dear friends

This Diwali, I witnessed a show on famous tamil actress(known for her homely looks), as "A day with ....." . In that show she was introducing all her assistants, touch up ...I was shocked when she introduced a little girl, whose age would defenitely be not more than 10 years, as her "juice specialist". That is, she has employed that little girl to put juice whenever the actress demands. On such a TV show, which is being watched by millions across the globe, she dares to introduce a under 14 kid as her helper. Is just "being famous" a escape for all kinds of activities?.Even this was disproved in Sanjay Dutt's case.

I also came to know through my filmi friends, that on shoot floor, there are lotsa of kids(both guys and gals) employed. Is there a body which checks the film fraternity for such violations ?
