Default Holiday Tour Alone....pls suggest

Hi friends,
Trust me i really feel blessed to be a part of this Web Family. Thanks to you all!
I am married (30 yrs) and live in Ambernath (Thane) near Mumbai.
I am not employed with any co. Look aft hubby's (own )business. Hubby is very busy with his tight work schedules. Hardly get any time even to communicate wid each other….forget going for an outing etc. But I have no complains….I am occupied with (little) correspondence work and then BOOKS…does the rest of the magic.

It’s just that I am feeling like going to some good place for 1-2 days outing. Can anyone pls suggest any place where I can visit (ALONE) with a Travel’s tour package? Visiting a place with other groups/families will make me feel safe also. I have never visited any place for outing or fun....i need some detail info.....pls friends....

Regards,
Seema

Hello sunkan and Sumathy,
Thanks a lot for your immediate and helpful response on my request. Felt too glad to read the responses.

However, Sunkan, actually i live in Maharashtra n looking for a short term (2-3 days) tour. So, visitng Kerala, not feasible now. Anyhow,i am visitng my in-laws place at Palakkad in the month of May.

Sumathy....i will surely go through the site now you have mentioned. Will get back to you on my feedback. Thanks a million to both of you. Will never forget the favour.
Take care....have a happy summer to both of you!!!!

Regards,
Seema

Dear Seema,
if you like, what about a cruise on ship? Star Libra Cruise is organising one day/2 night 1 day/ 3 night 2 day trips to just in the sea neat Mumbai, Mumbai to Goa and back and also Mumbai Goa Lakshadweep Mumbai. All the newspapers carry their ads. Or try a travel agent you know. Being in Mumbai, it would be easier for you. Sab tv even featured a complete episode of the comedy serial Yes Boss in that ship.
Happy holiday, alone!

Hi Seema,
I am a new member to the indus ladies forum. I have been living in Singapore for the past 12 years. If you are keen to visit singapore I can oragnise a personalised tour package for you depending on your budget. Do let me know if you are intrested. I am not a travel agent, but with my experience of living in this beautiful city can make the necessary arrangements for you. I am married with three children of my own. I enjoy being a homemaker and as I am always making travel plans for my family holidays I can be of help to you.

Hi everybody, I am going to live in Spain in June of this year. Have played with the idea of running private City tours from the Town of which I am moving too, in a 6 seated vehicle. Does anyone know the legal implication of this? Will I need a Taxi license and if so is it easy to apply for. Or would I just need public liability insurance? Please let me know your ideas?
