Default Emirates

Has anyone travelled through Emirates Airlines. On their website they have put that adult can take two luggage bags - each should not exceed 63inches and total of both should be 107inches. Are they really strict about this? Because I have suitcases which are not more than 63inches but when put together they come upto >110inches. Any ideas, please help.

Also one of my firend was telling that if you are travelling with infant, they would chec-in your hand luggage also for free. Is this true?

Regarding the size call the airlines directly, they can give u exact/correct info.

I don't know about emirates, I went in Lufthansa when Aditi was 11 months & they didn't check-in my hand luggage I was having it with me also we can have the stroller till we board & give it to them just b 4 we enter the flight & get it back once we come out. (Sorry If u know about this earlier)

But certain rules & regulations might have changed now (coz of the fuel cost air lines are making lot of changes daily) just ask all ur queries by calling them directly so that u can be aware of any new changes.
