Dear Radhika

I am glad that you enjoyed reading my travelogue. The ideal time of travel in that region is before the second week of June to avoid the heavy monsoon.

Love

Dear Usha,
Just went through partially your South Karnataka tour...this time I came to know about Subramanya Swami temple and the events related to it...very interesting...
Anandashram---the name itself gives anandam and the details you had narrated proves that point....Bodhi tree and the life-size statues of Papa and Mataji looks natural.
Bekal fort...Dharmasthala, intersting....nothing gets stolen here...mmm..
Plantation pictures are eye-catching...
Nice to read the interactions between you and krithika....lots of information through that..

Dear Bhargavi

glad to know you enjoyed reading about the trip. True that Anandashram denotes Anandham.

Dear Usha,
Nice information regarding Horanadu Annapoorneshwari temple,..if all the people in the world visits that temple atleast once in their life time, sure there will be no scarcity of food, ever..isn't it!
Kateel Durga Parameshwari temple, in the middle of a river...went through a boat?
Interesting information of installation of Sringeri Mutt..
Vidyaranyar temple information and the pictures are too good.
I came to know that Mookambika is the manifestation of Shakthi, Saraswathi and Lakshmi, through your post...thanks for that..
Nice to see that you got the kashaya prasadham...can you explain what prasadam is about..
Got to see Mrudeshwara temple and beach and the huge statue of Lord Shiva...through you...
Jog Falls...due to insufficient rain, I think only a streak was there...
Shimoga reserve...nice to have such a sight-seeing place, which are abundant in India...

Hope I covered with you all the places you undertook as a tour...
Glad to join you in your future tours..

Bhargavi,
I apologize I did not see this thread for sometime.
Nice to know you enjoyed all these places of interest.
Even though Kateel is in the midst of a river, no need to go by boat.

As far as the Kashya prasadm at Kollur, I think it is for increased mental strength. I will find out from my mom exactly and let you know.

Love
