 Has anyone been to Outer Banks, NC? Has anyone been to Outer Banks, NC? Places like Hatteras Island, Nags Head, Ocracoke Island etc We are considering a vacation there so was just wondering if anyone can give any inputs of where to stay, what's the best time to go. places to see etc Any help will be appreciated      |
