Hi Krithi,

We visited Pittsburgh 2 weeks back. First day it was almost evening and we visited Temple and the second day we took kids to the Zoo. I guess the ticket is $11.00 per person, but we had an other Zoo membership so it was free for us. There is also a museum and an amusment park -- Kenny wood I guess close to the Temple.

Though we have been to many zoo's so far, my kids still enjoyed the trip maybe because my friends family also accompanied us.

Shree.

Hey Krithi,

usually we club Wheeling along with Pittsburgh visit - the distance depends on which side you are coming from. It doesn't hurt to check out though. If you do choose to go to Wheeling, since you are travelling with a little one, I would advice you take enough food/water and snacks for everyoone - there are no shops in about 5mile radius and the food available there is little different. The place itself is beautiful to see and you can easily spend 1/2 a day there.

Do check out their website
Directions to New Vrindaban and Palace of Gold

And I am sure you have already checked out Temple's website :
Sri Venkateswara Temple, Pittsburgh -

Have a nice trip

are absolutely scenic. The valley & mountain views are awesome. My daughter enjoyed running on the grass fields. i can still see the picture in my eyes.

Even we saw rainbow since it rained there.
