My Memorable Trip to Niagara Falls- With pictures!!

Thanks a lot for your sweet feedback ! It feels like I've had lunch at Udipi Cafe all over again !

Plans for summer...yet to decide..but we did make it to Virginia Beach yesterday, had a picnic lunch there and had a glorious ride over the Chesapeake Bay Bridge Tunnel !

I am wondering whether you read the whole narration or stopped reading after having idlis?

Jokes apart, many had questioned about the attractions,dining and places to stay in and around Niagara falls. So, felt, I could also provide information along with my narration.

I am happy that you could empathize with what I felt on seeing the falls so close in all its splendour and glory...yes Kamla, we are made to feel so humble before NATURE created by HIM. We should be grateful to have to witness so many natural wonders..that is what I feel everytime.

Kamala, as I mentioned before, I do remember most of the details of all the trips we had taken so far and more so..if it is close to heart.

As for road trips, we have taken quite a few of these and I will try to share as much as I can !

Pictures...didn't I attach many pictures already......there will be no thrill if I post my family picture..right?

I could fully empathize with you here. These lines touched me. The tears happen Krithika because we are standing right in front of HIS hands which has created this amazing scenario we witness. I think almost all natural wonders will leave us feeling insignificant and minute and of course in His/Her presence!!

I am now wondering as to when your family will take on the next road trip or any trip for that matter. Because, I am ripe for another holiday at my desk!!

As for now, you have travelled right into FP forum with a nomination for your write up, congrats!

Yes, we thanked God that the weather was on our side for the most part.

We do have some Indian restaurants in Central Virginia..but we would love to have Udipi or Saravan Bavan anytime.
Infact, I requested the Udipi owner to open a branch near our city..

You are right, sometimes, we do feel, better to have our home cooked food rather than ordinary tasting restaurant food..:)

Have a safe and enjoyable trip at chennai..sure one day you will also make it to Niagara!

Thanks for your feedback ! Yes Sudha, we do hope and keep our fingers crossed when we go to Indian restaurants. Sometimes, it is upto our expectation and most times..not..what to do..something is better than nothing..! :rolleyes:

I dont think i need to go all the way to the niagra falls.... ur travelougue was superb and pics were excellent....im sure am going to dream about the falls tonight. thanks for sharing ur wonderful experience. i felt as though ive been transported there with u, and living every description of urs. three cheers for ur narration!! hip hip hurray!!!
