Best Beaches, Water Falls , Lakes

Hi Usha,
Hogenakkal falls is situated in the border of Tamil nadu and Karnataka.
It is near Dharmapuri and Krishnagiri. Eventhough I lived in the adjacent
district (Salem) I never visited the Hogenakkal falls.

Sun rise in Kanyakumari is spectacular. The beach and the Vivekanada
rock is still green in my mind, though it was a decade ago. I did meditation
in the vivekanada hall. I got very peaceful vibrations. Thanks for making me
take a nostalgia.

Can you please tell me more abt the havasufalls, we are planning to visit grand canyon next month. so it would be helpful if u could give more details, i have already made reservations for room and flight.

Most of us are able to take some time off to visit some cool places for the summer. Last summer I visited the Beach near Kasargod ( Kerala) near the Bekal Fort which in my humble opinion was the best, in terms of cleanliness and being less crowded.
I will post some pics soon. We also hiked down the Grand canyon and saw the Havasupai falls which was dazzling with pristine blue-green waters. I also like the Wailua falls a lot.

Please share which beaches , waterfalls and lakes that are your favorite.It will help all of us scorching in hot weather to bide the summer in a manner.

As far as I know you need to get permit to go to the Havasupai village.
