Hi Guys,
Me and my family are planning trip to Yellow stone national park some time end of aug or early sept this year. I went thru nps.gov/yellow stone got the basic info bout that place etc. I would like to hear experiances from people who have been there.. in terms which accomadation inside is good,we are vegterian could we get some salads etc? We are thinking of staying there 4 days. Can we cover the important place in around the park? Btw, We are flying from Sanfrancisco taking flight to utah and then to jackson and from there planning to drive down. Any other shorter way to reach there?? All your inputs would be highly appreciated.

Default Re: Trip to yellow stone national park!

My husband and I made a trip out to yellowstone a few years ago. Flew to salt lake city and then drove up to Yellowstone. The park has 4 entrances, we stayed at the West Entrance in a town called West Yellowstone. There are a few restaurants, including a pizza parlor where we ate most of the days we were there. Vegetarian options in that restaurant were pizza and salad and some pasta.

It is a fabulous park and make sure to take a lot of pictures! Within the park there are also places to get snack type items.

If you get a room with microwave/fridge, you can carry some ready to eat desi khana. We carried some parathas from home that lasted us a day or two. And a cooler so we could buy water/juice/soda and have it in the car with us at all times.
