Increase your referrals :)

Dear IL'ites,

As some of you know, "referrals" that show up in the top right of all your posts (as show below) indicate the number of people who joined our site based on your recommendation. In this example, chitvish has 28 referrals.



One easier way to increase your referrals is by forwarding interesting discussions to your friends using our in-built "email this page" feature. If your friend comes to IL following that discussion and then decides to join IL, the system automatically tracks that and credits you with a referral.

Here is how you forward discussions to your friends. The picture is self-explanatory.

I have already informed three of my friends... Will push and grab them all...

Well there is actually a better approach..
I am sure many of u have been to the various other forums
and to the networking sites
while u r registering itself it asks you for ur email ids
and then it will ask you for the corresponding password and then alllows you to send invitations to all your friends/contacts in that particlar account....

i guess this one is rather a popular and a working system

try to implement this one....
