In my honest opinion, Bringing a task force in Orkut alone make IL popular.

All shout add proper tags to the valuable threads... As much as you can.

just promoted IL thru the 'promote' application in orkut.
I am a new member and i have a doubt regarding IL community in orkut. Is it only for ladies or gents are also allowed.
