A full-time Home maker, maintaining a beautiful home and has excellent relationship with her in-laws, her own family and society at large ? Her emphasis is on the quantitative aspect as well.

surely the 2nd option. a career woman has to juggle time to keep both her career and home on the rise. she has to walk a fine thread, and not upset the balance. adjustment required is greater adn hats off to such women who strike this excellent balance beetween home and career.
