Shall we try "Besan-Cooking" this month, Friends? - Contest for February 2008.

Dear Friends,

Yes, you guessed it right. If Chivish announces a contest, it is related to cooking !

Besan is a very common, infact, a favourite ingredient in our cooking. We cannot resist Mysorepak or Pakoras!

The recipe must have besan as a main ingredient. It must necessarily belong to Indian Cuisine; the state where the recipe has its origin from, does not matter.

The recipe can be from our site, or some other site or any cookbooks, but you should have definitely tried the recipe and taken a photograph of the dish. The surprise prize goes out to a simple recipe that is presented well.

Please remember, PMs do not allow attachments. So, the recipes should be sent ONLY by email to 'contest@indusladies.com'. Remember, the recipe sent in as an entry should be accompanied by the picture of the dish prepared using the recipe.
Contest ends on : Feb 29 2008.

Note: No posting the contest entry in the forums in the site.

Well, I am a new member and not very familiar with contests, BUT when I read BESAN I thought not a bad idea to participate......though I am not a good cook and started cooking recently (All Thanks to my mother-in-law who teaches me with lots of love and care). can I send a recipe(entry) which has besan as main ingredient (its called Sindhi Kadi)?
