With too much pestering from Veda,I am sending a entry.. I am not too creative or a great one at cooking..but do check out if my entry has come in.

The positive outcome of the competition, i have tried a new dish which both FIL and the kids have rated "Super"

Too bad I saw this announcement only yesterday. However, the contest is not over yet. So, tried a recipe I have wanted to try for sometime and have sent it as my entry. It is a very simple recipe with ingredients perennially available in the pantry.

It was a pleasure pariticipating in the contest and I had loads of fun taking snaps( while getting ready to work ).
