Where to buy Humidifier in Chennai?

I'm in Chennai with my 2 year son for vacation. I beleive due to weather change here he got cough and cold. Could anyone advice which cough syrup can i give for him or what medications can i follow?

Also where i can buy a humidifier in chennai for my son. Any suggestions in the regard would be much appreciated

Most pharmacies have humidifiers. I know a few of Apollo's chain has it. Please do not self medicate. I am sure you know that most cough syrups are not safe for children below the age of 2. Do got a paediatrician or even a general physician. If you need recommendations, mommies here would be glad to give you a few.

Krithika, I am planning to buy one humidifer... Should I ask for steam humidifiers...? Also let me how much it would cost?

The ones I saw, Vidyaa, were all steam humidifiers. That is why I did not buy them. You will get to know shortly what inquisitive young ones do to things you ask them not to touch It is almost a year since I scouted around for one - I think it will be around 250. Not sure. You may want to try at Jammi Bldgs. I believe they have medical equipment store there, everytime I need something everyone in Adyar, TVyur area ask me to go there

So, what kind of humidifier I should ask for? And BTW, where is Jammi bldgs?
