Need help in deciding Tradational Day outfit for my tot

Hi Friends,

As per my 3.5 yr old tots school calendar, she has tradational day in the nursery schduled in Sept.

What came to my mind was the (usual) tradational Ghagra Choli/Lehnga Choli complete with accessories.

Does anyone know a better alternative.

Since she is vacationing in India rt now, I can ask my MIL to purchase her dress & send it along.

Pl pour in your valuable suggestions to help me decide a suitable outfit for her.

Hi,
What about the traditional kancheepuram sari. that is available in all the silk emporiums.or traditional rajasthani outfit like aishwarya's outfit in jobdha akbar film.

what about wearing saree like the way villagers do, i dont exact name but i think it is called kandangi saree. also whichever u chose make sure it is comfortable to her .

If you want her to wear a sari then prestitched sarees for little girls are available in india.

My vote would be for "tradational Ghagra Choli/Lehnga Choli complete with accessories"

she will look cute n she can carry that easily...but for safer side u can ask ur MIL for saree too...

Thanks a ton for those wonderful suggestions.

Makes my job much easier when I have the options.

Planning to ask my MIL to try out all on her (at the store) & pick whichever suits her & of course in which she is comfortable as well.

There is enough time to get the best since the tradational day is in Sept.
