Default Tummy pain

My kid is 21/2 years old. Today morning for 1/2 an hour he cried badly saying he has tummy pain. I was holding him all the time and still he continued to turn from one shoulder to other and was crying. I gave him milk and water. Since he had little cold and crying increased nose block, I put some vicks. I was getting ready to go to the ER when he said he wanted to pee. That was done and in another 10 secs, he was perfectly fine. He wanted me to put a song and he immediately started watching that.

Am very grateful to God that he became alright immediately. Even though I dont panic when I get into a crazy situation, I really could not help it.
I would think it would have been gas. He had eaten some rotis at night and in the morning drank only milk.
Can somebody suggest me something which I can do to prevent tummy pain? One friend advised me to check if he has worms in his stomach. Can you suggest some natural food which would be very helpful?

Default Re: Tummy pain

hi,

my son too had severe stomach pain, and was crying very badly and was getting ready to see docter, then he went to bathroom and was fine, it was constipation, from that day on i made sure he goes daily, if not , i used to feed him banana, and home made gripe water[ ajwain+ water] it releaves gas just boil both for 10mts and give 1tbsp 3 times a day, when he has stomach pin message his tummy with oil in clockwise direction for 5mts and rub his back ask him whether he want to use bathroom, foods that cause stomach pain is choclate, too much milk, potatoes, eggs and very spicy food, some kids digest very easily some will have problems like this.

this is from my experience, if he complains he cant pee and its burning and vomits better to see docter immediatly.
with love shweta

Hi
as shweta said its gd to use omum water or even u can give ur son some omum seeds to chew n then can give some warm water.it is better to give medicines for worm problems atleast once in 6 mths.
if u feel tht he has problem with tummy or cold n cough give him papaya.it works best if u feed him regularly during cold.
n if he hass a habit of drinking milk last at nt give him warm milk it helps.
