stomach virus

My 3 yr old is affected by stomach virus...whever he takes solid food he'll vomit.he's refusing to take liqiuds also..How to control it..any remedy..

My one year son had this a couple of months back. We put him on a liquid diet with pedialite, water and cut down on milk. We gave him some moongdal + rice watery porridge during solid times. He got better in 2 days, when we slowly resumed to the normal food.

My daughter had stomach virus twice. I stopped her solid food and even milk too. Doctor told me that this virus increase with milk intake and advice me to give soy milk, so i gave her soy milk in less quantity. I gave gatorade water frequently. dont worry in 2-3 days the virus will flush away.
