    Hi,
Letter factory from leap frog is the good one. My DD learnt all the phonics
    from that.

Boogie Beebies(dance program) in cbeebies , the steps are awesome. they relate animal sounds n steps. "Pocoyo" is good in narrating stories. i feel these two are good for toddlers.
Dora is also good, unfortunately we don't get it here! :(
i got to know Barney is also good, but my son doesn't like it!!

i am waiting for others reply..
    cheers,

My LOs loved the Baby Einstein series (Shakespeare, mozart, galileo , newton etc) at that age . They are very educational . Barney and Dora are good too.

    regards,

Some shows in "Disney"channel are really good!

Like "Can you teach my alligator manners"

there was a program by name " words world" by the education department of USA. IT was too good.

One more was "OSO Special" Disney " Mickey mouse clubhouse" is also a good one with some simple things to grasp.

    Hi,

Really a nice thread, it would be helpful if someone suggest the good ones available in India also.

For the kids whose mother tongue is telugu , they surely enjoy 'Chinnari chitti geetalu(1,2,3)' series.

I bought few english rhymes and alphabets related cdand dvds, the quality is very bad, so waiting for the recommendations from experienced ones.

    Thanks Ladies for your inputs.

We don't give much TV time and if at all, I just play Tamil 'Chellame Chellam part 1,2 and 3 for DD. But recently she saw some cartoon in the TV and was excited saying ' Dora.. Dora..'. Only then I realised that she has been seeing at least this one in her day care. So thought may be some educational ones may help.
