A small information which I saw in one of the Narsimhar's photo back side, I would like to share with all. It is mentioned that in every month Swathi star, we can go to the nearby Narasimhar temple as that particular day is very special for praying him.

This temple was shown in Jaya TV & Mega TV. There in this temple, so many deities are available. Very good looking.

 

Pitapuram, Andhra Pradesh is the birth place of Sri Pada Sri Vallabha Swami, the 1st incarnation of the Lord Dattatreya. It is also called Pada Gaya. One of the three Gaya Pitams.
It has the famous temple Kookuteshwara Aalayam which has swayambu idol of Lord shiva in the form of cock. The presiding deity is Devi Rajarajeswari.
In the temple pranganam we have many temples.
This a shakthi peetam, one of the 18 ashtadasa peetams.
We have goddess Puruhuthika devi inside the temple praganam on the left side of Kookuteshwara Aalayam.
We have Swayambu Datta Swami temple inside the temple pranganam.

Pitapuram is a Shaktisthalam.

Devi Puruhuthika temple,one of the Ashtadasha peetams is situated in the Kookuteshwara Aalayam in Pitapuram.

The divine mother looks so beautiful with full of grace for her bhakthas. You really feel so happy and spellbound when you visit her sanctum sanctorum.
