Members post your problem here. I will try to resolve the problem as much as i can.

Hi, what web cam you are using, and what happens when it is connected, as well please switch off the system and keep the camera connected and switch on, please check wether you are getting a message as found new hard ware wizzard, if so insert the cam driver cd and install the driver.

Ple share information about what is the difference between opensource and windows

In short i will explain open source.
Open source were programs or packages or operating systems which can be modified and which can be redistributed with out any copy rights or money. We can modify the software as per our needs . We can even name the software to our own name.
Where as windows is not a open source. We cannot modify any windows or microsoft products . If so we can modify then it will be a violation to the agreement.
I will explain with a example to open source. All will be knowing mozilla fire fox browser . It is a freeware and open source. We can modify mozilla as per our wish . We are allowed to view the scripts of that software. If you want to see the configuration of mozilla firefox and type about:config in the address bar . You will get a new menu in which you can change the scripts as per your wish .
Where as internet explorer is also a software which comes along with the windows which can't be configured .
So those copyrighted hidden and secured scripts were windows . Those openly given and free to distribute knowledge were known as open source.
Example of open source : ubuntu linux, most flavours of linux, netscape navigator.
Don't ever confuse open source with freeware. Those free softwares were called as freeware. All freewares need not to be open source.

when i m chatting online, my parent's yahoo webcam - video is getting stopped often. and i m supposed to invite them again and again. how to resolve this prob?

write me back clearly what error they get ....
