Hi,
I tried making badusha for Diwali. It did not come out well. Can someone help me to fix the dough I made?
This is what I did to my dough.
Plain flour - 1 cup
butter spread - 1/2 cup
baking soda - a pinch
salt - a pinch
mixed them together with water. Tried to fry them and the ball just disintegrated and settled in the bottom. So I tried a fix by adding more plain flour and yogurt. It works ok. But I could not get the shape.
Even though the badusha with yogurt comes out ok it does not taste like badusha back home.
Can some one help me?
