Default What to cook with Broken rice (granular)

Hello all,
I brought this broken rice which is very fine.
Its not thin as flour and not like rice broken in 2-3 parts.
its little granular like sooji/rawa.
i am not sure what i can make out of it....definitely not roti/akki roti or any roti.

Please suggest on its use.

I bought the broken rice (granular) when i visited my daughter in Philadelphia. Once I made 'Ven Pongal' adding broken moong dhal and seasoning with pepper, cumin, hing, curry leaves and fried cashew nuts. It came out well. Another time I made 'Puli uppuma' adding tamarind and coconut. It came out well too.You can even make 'Ukkarai' adding jaggery and the other things, but I didn't have time to try that!!
