Smile Paniyaram with gulab jamun jeera

Hai,

This is my mom's recipe.. She will prepare paniyaram with the rest of the available gulab jamun jeera...

I would like to share this with all of u...
i don't know whether someone hav tried this and posted already...

Anyhow, here is the recipe.

Mix maida flour with the jeera.
Add a pinch of Appa soda...
Soak this mixture for 15 to 30 mins..
Heat the oil in a pan
Then deep fry the paniyaram...
taste it...

Instead of maida you can try wheat flour also...
