Smile Microwave paneer kalakand

microwave paneer kalakand

1 1/4 cup condensed milk
150-200 grms amul paneer crumbs
1 tablespoon corn flour
2 tablespoon milk powder
1/2 cup milk

mix all the above in an micro oven bowl(glassware-china play) n keep for 12-15 mins
in micro high(stir in between)

spread it over the greased tray and add grated pista,almonds,illaichi powder and kismis

your post came at the right time. I was looking for a receipe for kalakand for ganesha festival.

I was wondering how many pieces will come for 1 tin condensed milk(around 400g).

THANKS JAISHREE.U MIGHT GET APPOX 20 PIECES FOR 400 GRMS OF KALAKAND.I USED 200+ GRMS(i.e 1 1/4 tea cup) dont worry it will surely cum out well.its very easy.use butter or ghee only 4 greasing the tray. HAPPY GANESH CHATHURTHI
