This is an absolutely yummy and flop proof recipe! I got this at the Samsung Microwave cooking class.
This is a tried and tested recipe, use good quality ingredients and stick to the measures
Ingredients
Maida - three fourth cup(take 1 cup, tap and get three fourth cup)
Carrot - three fourth cup (grated)
Condensed milk - half cup
Cooking butter - half cup
Raisin 2 tsp
soda bicarb one fourth tsp
coco powder 3 tbsp
sugar powder - 3 tbsp
Vanilla essence half tsp
Method
Sieve maida, soda bicarb, coco powder thrice. Cream the butter, condense milk, sugar powder and add essence, grated carrot, raisin and Maida mixture and mix well.
Cakes are best baked in a traditional oven/OTG....160 degree for 20 min, 140 degree for 10min....of course the time and temp depends on the oven size.
In case you are using a Microwave oven with convection mode, Micro high 6 minutes, then standing time 5 minutes. cut and serve!!
