hai this chicken fry is very easy to prepare, check it out and give feedback
ingredients:
chicken required quantity
salt
red chilly powder
gingergarlic paste
pepper powder
lemon juice
1 tbsp oil+ 1/2 small cup oil
cumin powder
take the quantity as per the chicken required
procedure
mix all the ingredients except 1/2 cup oil and deep freeze the marinated chicken for 1hr.
next put this chicken at 350 degrees for 20 min in oven
finally fry this chicken in the 1/2 cup oil and drain the excess oil

hai this is madatha kaja
all u need is chapathi flour 1 cup
elaichi powder
sugar 2cups
little ghee around 3 spoons and 2tbsp rice flour mixed together
oil for frying
procedure:
1 mix chapathi flour as for chapathi dough and keep aside for 10 min
2 using rolling pin make chapathi and spread the ghee and rice flour paste
3 again roll the chapathi like a mat and cut them into pieces of desired length
4 fry them in oil till crispy
5 dip them into the sugar syrup of one string thickness, allow it to soak for 1/2 hr
6 put them in a large tray like thing and shake them for a little while, this allows the sugar coat to dry and u find that it is not sticky to hands while eating but inside it is juicy

u can do the same procedure with maida also,it has a different taste
u can also find this sweet in andhra special sweets thread
