Hi Jananikrithsan
Thanks for the vote of approval. I will surely tell you about the goodies my husband bakes. He loves to bake... so much that when my parents were here they decided to present him with baking pans for cake and muffins for our wedding anniversary!!
Imagine in-laws presenting son-in-law with cooking gear.
My husband loves the mini muffin pans and was wondering last week why he was given only one of those!!!!
I am blessed to have him as my DH.

Hi Gayatri,
That's so thoughful of your parents to give him something connected with what he loves to do. You leave hints and eat the outcome, but pleeeesssssssssseeee post pictures without fail. You are damn lucky to have a hubby who ventures into the not many males trodden path. Iam still smacking my lips looking at that yummy cake.

Ragini,
It took some coaxing to get out the secret ingredient from my husband. I was not too bothered about it the first few times as I was busy gobbling up and asking for more. But then everyone started praising it and I wondered whats so great about a cake baked from a mix. So then hubby told his lil secret.

Wish I could fedex but right now I have eaten it all! But if I do fedex next time would you make a deal and fedex all the yummy food you cook? I will be the luckier one in this deal!

Thank you for the appreciation Ladies. My hubby is floating near the ceiling some where and is already planning for his next recipe this weekend.

Regards
Gayathri
