Do you want a classified section in Indusladies.com?

This poll topic is pertaining to our Indusladies community.
This morning I was sipping my morning cup of tea and was just skimming through the Hindu's Sunday Classifieds section.
Was wondering how nice if the classifieds section would be here in our very own Indusladies community too.

ILites could login to see various categories such as books, cars, Jewellery, Furniture etc. Of course you could come up with your views about whether wou would like to have a Classifieds Section here in our community.

I feel that a classified section in not needed in this site as there are so many papers and magazines which take care of it.

Dear Laxmi,
I for one feel that we do need a classified section here in our community. Many times when our members provide any service or market any goods, they unwittingly try to promote themselves in the general forums. So if you let them do it in a dedicated classified section, it will be good.

But my suggestion comes with a raider. Please do not allow members to post directly to the classified section. Let them post the ads to the concerned moderators who may decide on the suitability of the ad and place in the appropriate forum. That way you can avoid any salacious ads or other types of undesirable ads.

Of course like all newspapers you should issue a strong disclaimer that it is up to the members to verify the claims contained in these ads and that IL is not responsible for any costs or losses that they may sustain by acting on spurious ads.

yes definitely...we shud have classified section.
so that ladies who come out of India can find house, hospitals, grocery and jobs in this section near their local area.

Hi,

I would like to see classifieds here. There is no harm in having one. one should be open to all fields. Each individual has his own taste, so member interested in it would go for it. Why deprive someone for my own selfishness....
