Is there a Virus in IL site ?

Three weeks ago, I couldn't log in to IL. A repeated message was coming that some script is there in the site which is going to make my PC run slow. When I click 'OK' the page freezes & the browser hangs ! After trying repeatedly, I gave up trying indusladies dot com. Instead I keyed in indusladies dot com slash forums. This way, I could access.

But till date I'm unable to access the IL homepage ; sometimes still I'm getting the message in some other sections of IL too .

Is anyone else getting this message ? Is it due to the increased number of ads ? Is the regular Anti-Virus enough to protect our computers ?

seems like ur brower is corrupt and some spyware would redirect ur webpages and that happens if hosts file is hijacked.make sure ur antivirus is updated and do a scan or install hijackthis by trendmicro and check.

I went thro' the link, but I'm sure that is not the case here. I EXCLUSIVELY handle this laptop & apart from a few news sites , some cooking blogs , my personal mails & IL, I don't download or even listen to any songs using this. Even our occasional movie watching , playing online games ( for my kid in Tinkle site ) is done ONLY on my DH's computer.
ONLY WHEN I TRY TO LOAD IL HOME PAGE , I'm getting this 'script error' message. It is not coming in any of the other handful of sites I frequent.

Just wanted to notify/inform other users of this glitch.

Hello Grace,

The home page uses Java Scripts and Flash Scripts. To the best of our knowledge the scripts are running from our end and so far there are no reporting of error from other ILites too. Also the Indusladies host files are free of virus.

What I suggest is for you to check if "Enable Java Script" is checked in your browser setting.
