Suggestion - Include a Category List Box for New Threads

Hi,

I am a regular participant of the Hobbies - arts and Crafts forum. I have observed that in order to organize all the threads, they are being categorized as Embroidery, Crafts, Sewing etc. This is good step and I appreciate that.

Whenever a thread is started, the member may not add the category and just add a title. Later the thread is categorized (I presume its done manually by the moderator). My suggestion here is to include a list box (drop down box) with the various categories like Embroidery, Crafts, Sewing, Miscellaneous, Others etc., in the New Thread page. This option should be mandatory to while creating a new thread. This way we can organize better and avoid manual works to an extent. Please let me know if this can be accommodated.
