suggestion - jump to top link

hi IL,

whenever i log in to IL i usually start browsing from the forums page.
since the page's contents are quite long, i think it would be nice if u had a "jump to top" kind of link at the middle of the forums page. i have noticed one at the very end of the page, but i wasn't able to spot it quickly. could u add one more somewhere at the middle of the forums page
