It seema like a good suggestion. I should be an early beginner as I have very few contributions to the games, mainly due to lack of time.

Wonderful suggeation that will be a booster for all gaming enthusiasts.

Liked the titles you have chosen Beginners , Trotters , Runners and Champions.

So Malsy , gaming buddies will first feel like babies ,Beginners in the crawling

stage, then like little Trotting ponies, graduating to Marathon Runners ( P.T.Usha

perhaps !! ) and finally the ultimate Olympic GOLD !!

True that members like the fun part and to some it may not matter but die-hard

players will be thrilled with this incentive is my opinion .

Not bad idea, it will encourage people playing games, tough for fun but i think title gives them some boost..

Hey Mals,

Not a bad idea. I agree that games is for fun and yes it helps you to unwind.

I see it this way that there are so many who are really busy and at times on tenterhooks because of their work pressure or something else...but when they come here to unwind they would rather go to the games and forwarded messages/jokes section rather than again getting involved in someone else's problem, or read something that is too heady to digest.

Hence i agree that the other forums should also have points. I am not really aware which all forum are excluded...but all forums are equally important.

Sorry mals.. late entry...

Seems to be a good idea... I see many are good gamers

here and it would be encouraging for them as well.

But to be on the reality side, there are many "post-increasing-games" as well. So more than the number of posts, its the quality of their contribution that should be counted towards these new titles.

A funny experience at IL on monday morning.

When i logged in here i got a message that recently i have turned Gold IL (which i was not aware till i read the message) and that i should claim the Tshirt that is gifted on turning gold. I saw that against my name it showed something like 1005 postings

But the next moment...when i made a post to one of the thread instead of the figure going up it had gone down to 996

I am not here for any number game...but
