Order of the Smilies

Dear Induslady,
After coming back to IL after a long time, I could see so many smilies for a new thread now provided. Thanks for that. I just have a small suggestion that if we could have them reordered in the sense that some of the highly used smilies come first at the right side pane of the thread so that we dont neet to open the whole page by clicking on 'More'. I am sure many of us do not use smilies so much extensively apart from a "Smile or ", "Thumbs Up " etc. I see there are 15 smilies appearing on right pane while writing the thread. So if we could have them reordered on the basis of their usage, it would be helpful.

Thank you for the practical suggestion. We have implemented this now. Please see miscellaneous annoucement #13. We have also made the "More" popup bigger in size so it is much more usable.

Hi Monsi, This has been fixed long time back. I went in and updated that thread as well. Thanks for pointing this out.

seems like u have bumped the old thread.

Now that the smileys have become very old. Cant we get something new.
There are tons of new smileys available now!!

Good suggestion Marun. I am always in the lookout for good smilies. If I see a smilie that I feel will find wide usage, I will definitely add it. I am also trying to keep the choices to a manageable set. Are there any smilie in the list that you would delete?

Thanks a lot for taking my suggestion in to concern in spite of heavy inspection you have in IL.

I'll do one thing... Will sort all the smileys we presently have and we shall decide what to keep and what not too..

Then we shall find some good smileys that features wide usage and we shall include it after deleting the existing chosen ones... What say mam?

I'll do it in a day or so if u are busy with some other activity.
