want to hide my profile from displaying through search results

hi ILtes i want to hide my indus ladies profile from displaying through search results. is there any options in privacy setting , i checked it but i didnt see anything.

Can you elaborate as to which specific search are you referring to? Your profile shouldn't be visible when someone is generically searching in Google.com. Let me know if I haven't answered your question. Thank you.

Yes it would be great if this info does not go out. also i would appreciate if our personal info can be allowed to be viewed only with our permission and there is no edit option too. Incase we want to change any of our personal info.
