My Post Count has Reduced!

Hey Guys,

As some might know, I have been active in IL for a few days now. I had registered myself a long time back and had been a silent reader. This month, I had been on vacation, had to take so that i don't loose those days because its unused... Cant go nowehere :( since he doesnt have time off. So was spending most of my time here.

I do see that my posts disappear without any notice. I can understand that if its just one or 2, but I had posted till yesterday some 260-270 posts and now I am seeing that 20-30 posts missing. Wouldnt it be great if someone PMs or there;s some sort of automation dont as to why those posts are deleted? I just feel discouraged.


I did a search - It shows my actual post counts, thats 275, but while display, it just shows 240.

I am in no need of any earnings and thats not the reason I post more. If you had seen the history of my postings, it would have been more into discussions and may be a few in game sections.I post because I like to voice my opinion on those issues/matters discussed. I had been writing long posts explaining stuff and it really hurts to see them gone one day without notice.

Whatever you had posted in

would have lost their count. I have lost 1000 posts ! It has happened to everybody !
I now feel, you had missed out on reading that announcement.

A big thank you for taking the time to write in. People who write in are people who care and we love those who care. First of all, your posts are so worth in gold with the information and support they contain and they haven't been deleted or gone elsewhere.

Please read this announcement we made a few days ago where we are now not including posts made in certain forums towards a members post count. It doesn't mean that those posts are deleted. It is just that they don't count towards the member's post count. We implemented those changes last night and that is why you are seeing a reduction in your post count. We are also introducing the system where based on post count, members will get incremental privileges. For more details, please see the above announcement.

So, don't worry. We rarely delete member posts, particularly not the ones like yours. Keep making many of those quality contributions. You are great member and we want several clones of Nandshyam here!

This has happened to me also. Though the total count of my posts is 140 or so, it shows about 96 for me.

Does this mean you are not counting the posts for Games when you add it up?

While on this I wanted to make a small suggestion regarding the IL attendance and the Good morning threads.

Instead of having a separate thread for GOOD MORNING...!

I see there are so many other threads with the same name.

If any Moderators can kindly agree, they can merge this GOOD MORNING thread with the IL attendance as a sub forum.....all of your thoughts on this pleaeeeeseeeeee!!!!
