I also want to buy a new FL washing machine and wanted to go for IFB. But an online research showed that after sales service by IFB is very very poor and everyone cursing the company. So, now I looking for some other good brand which has got good after sales service.

I personally would suggest LG Front Load which is ultimate, though IFB existed before LG introduced front load, the most advance technology is now with LG.

IFB worst customer service, it works Fantastic but during the event of failure IFB makes our live a mess ... worst service. LG very quick and Fast in everything from the time you buy!

Go blindly with LG product :)

Your selection should take into account water quality and powercuts and also budget.in my opinion . Ifb service is poor. Lg and whirlpool are better service wise in chennai and so is Samsung to an extent.Siemens and Bosch are also good. A relative uses Siemens and is happy. They get Ro treated water for all puposes

I am using whirlpool semi automatic 7.2 litr washing machine. I have no problem with it. It's washtub is very big and dryer too.I think fully automatic washing machine waste lots of water and detergent. You have to very cautious about colorful cloth. If You mistake then all clothes will pay punishment.
