 Request for heart doner for Zoe Chambers
Hello everyone A 18- month old girl Zoe Chambers is waiting for a heart doner while she struggles for life. Please spread the word, along with a date, so that this email does not float for too long. I know this is like expecting someone else to die to donate a heart for her!
