I am sic of my neighbour

I am looking for advise for this stupid yet irritating problem...my neighbour and her hubby are ardent tree lovers ...no problem ...but they have started using whatever space available in and around the building to indiscriminately plant trees without regard to whether they are causing inconvienence to other people staying in the same building....it is a classic case that there " so called love for tree " will suffocate all the rest of us to death....the building staircase , common passage all have reduced considerably in area due to their potted plants...any request to them is like talking to wall...how to tackle the menace ...the building RWA is not interested in getting involved ...theay want us to sort with the concerned person

I read from ur profile that u live in Providence, RI. Do u live in a big apartment complex or a small apartment rented by an individual. If you live in an apartment complex then the management is entitled to get involved and get this resolved. I used to live in an apartment complex in CT. The management there did not allow us to keep my sons biccyle in the hallway. So if you complain to the management they should definitley take care of this. You can contact the people from the other apartments in ur building and go talk to the treelovers. MAy be that will help if you go as a group.
